CrossHarbor Capital Partners Newport Beach

Does anyone have insight into the CrossHarbor team in Newport Beach? Spoke with a recruiter about an investment associate position for their opportunistic fund working on HY equity and debt opportunities. I did some searching around the forum, but did not find very much information. What would exit opps look like compared to larger debt shops? TIA!

Not to pile on OP for an honest question, but I really wish the young guys and girls would get out of the exit ops mentality, especially at companies that already are the exit ops. The investment banking 2 years and out mentality doesn't apply to anywhere near enough places for that mindset to be this prevalent.
