Hey guys,
A family member of my in the energy and hospitality space in Latin America is looking for financing for a hotel renovation in Cuba. Given that I work in IBD, he has tasked me to help him procure this financing but to be honest I am little lost and there is little information out there. While permanent financing would be ideal, we would also be open to a temporary solution.
Do any of you guys out there know where a place to start looking would be or work for companies/funds that have any appetite for this? We have a strong pipeline of projects in the entire LatAm region so there is good potential for future business.
