Cushman & Wakefield or Keller Williams Commercial?
I have been interviewing with commercial real estate firms and have narrowed my choices down to Cushman & Wakefield and Keller Williams commercial. This is in Florida.

Career Resources
Generally C&W but I don't know if Keller is particularly strong in a certain FL market. I don't know anything about KW but you'd almost certainly have more resources at Cushman.
If this is for a salaried role, Cushman - no question. But there are too many variables here - can you give some insight on your background and career goals? But as q quick answer, if you're in a halfway decent market and interested in progressing to large deals, Cushman will provide a much better opportunity - experience, relationships and resume boost.
Uhh, Cushman & Wakefield. Not even a question, assuming the roles are about even.
agree with above comments. have not come across keller williams in any capacity in commercial real estate
C&W is a complete no-brainer from a resume value standpoint.
LOL @ Keller Williams
