Hey guys,
What's their reputation in NYC? Seems they're working with strong partners (KKR, others), but if you go on Yelp all of their reviews are terrible, they don't take care of buildings and were even paying tenants to write good reviews.
Seems like if that's how they treat tenants, doesn't seems employees would be treated much better.

People don't go on Yelp to write good reviews about apartments. But yes, I only know Dalan as an owner/operator of sub-institutional and class ~Bish apartments.
Just interviewed with them. Comp is on the low end so I ultimately had to move on. Wouldn’t be a bad place to start though if it’s your first gig out of college.
