Dallas / Texas MF Growth Rates
Hi everyone, completing a case study and was recently let go so don’t have access to costar / green street. Could someone kindly let me know what the reasonably ballpark rental growth rates are for Dallas? Preferably 5 year outlook, suspect higher near term then plateau for 3+ years. Thanks!!
