You network, apply, and interview like any other job.
Datacenter development isn’t any more complicated than standard industrial deals. You just try to build them near low income communities—preferably with minority occupants and abundant fresh water—instead of major arterials.
All of the complexity is in the buildout, and if you’re working for Google or Microsoft they already have that fully programmed.
