Data Centers?
I know that data center investing has historically been left to some of the larger private equity and infrastructure funds, but have any funds started looking into the space on both the development or stabilized side? Curious if any real estate funds have had more of an interest lately given recent tailwinds in the industry and the fact that the publicly traded data centers are structured as REITs and would technically fit under the real estate umbrella.
