Hey guys. A buddy of mine going back 20 years in the business is pretty high up a a company that buys cell towers all over the world. They want to start buying data centers here in the US. He also called them switching stations. This is definitely not my space, but I'm willing to at least look into it.
They're looking to buy one off deals or a portfolio. They buy them with no debt so that's not going to be an issue. Anyway, how often do these sell/trade? Any of you guys have some in your portfolio?
