What sources do you pull data from to prove out investment theses? I'm talking zip code level demographic data on population growth, age, houshold size, income, etc. Beyond manually pulling this from CoStar, are you using any sources to back up your rent growth projections or high level conviction in certain submarkets in an MSA?
