Can anyone help explain the nuances/differences between underwriting a data center vs. maybe some of the more traditional asset classes? Never modeled one before and I have an interview coming up - its more of a niche (but growing) CRE class so finding info online has been a bit tougher. If someone could point me in the direction of any online resources/models I can study up on that would be amazing.
