Any information on DC Partners (luxury condominium developers) based in Houston, TX?
Tried searching this forum but no information so far. They've done some high-profile developments. Looks like they partially fund their development with EB-5 financing?

Pretty sure most of the time, they are the equity partners in the deals. Their mixed-use project, the Allen, might be them doing the project themselves. All their condo deals in Houston are done by a guy named Randall Davis. They are the equity partner on most of his condo deals. I don't know too much about them so take my info with a grain of salt.
