DCF and DDM for REITS

Hi Everyone,

During my past REIB internship, I worked mostly with NAV models. Now that I’m back in school and active in my campus investment fund, I want to expand my modeling skills by learning how to build DCFs and DDMs specifically for REITs.

Most of the free resources I’ve found are tailored to other sectors like software or industrials, making it hard to find guidance tailored to REITs.

Does anyone have recommendations for free resources or tutorials focused on DCFs and DDMs for REITs? Additionally, if you know of any textbooks or academic materials that cover these topics, I’d appreciate suggestions—I might be able to access them through my school library.
