Deal Staffing/Structure - Development
This may be a stupid question, but for smaller/mid sized operators, how are your deals staffed if you take deals cradle to grave? Are there multiple people hunting for deals and thus multiple points of contact? Is there one person where all info funnels to?
Trying to get a sense of how this works at a firm perspective when said firm is growing and said firm's pipeline is large enough. Appreciate any thoughts or info.
