I'm fairly new to the industry and just wanted to ask about deal timelines/how long everyone works on deals.
Let's say if A deal falls apart due to lack of equity but goes to another buyer - falls apart - would you keep pursuing after? Is it common to keep looking at certain deals for an extended period of time?
