Debt Capital Market Intermediary /Commercial Mortgage Broker Training Material
I am looking to get my hands on any of the training materials used for new hires at debt shops. Preferably the larger shops. Willing to reasonably compensate.

There is none from my experience. The only training materials is usually on the job live deal training.

Interned at a large Debt Brokerage Shop. They told me to read the book "Real Estate Games" and Linneman's book/course for a background in RE and RE modeling. For Debt specifically, they sent me a copy of CRE Finance Council's booklet on Debt Products, as well as other internal resources
