Hey - They support the entire Capital stack and all debt strategies focused on the Southeast. While they also have a equity fund it is in a single asset class while their debt fund is across all asset classes. Hope this gives some greater context.

 

Tough to still discern with debt fund it is. If it provides senior floating rate debt and mezzanine investment opportunities, it’s solid as you haha to believe in / buy into the biz plan. Creates a similar skillet to the equity guys. Sharpen your tools there for a year or two and then pivot to equity at another shop.
