Debt Funds- White Papers/Reports

Anybody here has access to white papers/reports on CRE debt funds? I am particularly interested in the mid market space and would love to read about transaction volume, executed deals, pricing, geography/property type features. Appreciate the help!

DBRS and Kroll have loan-level detail and reports for pretty much everything that the debt funds securitize that you can get for free. See recent pre-sale report below.

You can find more info on each loan's term/structure on their websites. DBRS's viewpoint system is pretty good for visualization/filtering, and you can download the reports direct from there.

SB for DBRS Viewpoint- love that site.
