Debt/Equity Placement Analyst Test?

Hi all,

I have an interview coming up with HFF/JLL/Eastdil, and it seems there’s an Excel Analyst test that follows. Can someone please provide feedback on what I can expect in the test for a debt/equity placement role?

I know some people have offered sharing a similar test in other forums, but haven’t had much luck with PMs. If anyone can share any similar files with me, it would be greatly appreciated!
