  1. Do well in it. 
  2. Get another one your junior summer. Maybe at a bigger name firm. Do well in that one too. 
  3. Recruit for a full time position during your senior year. Hopefully secure one. 
  4. Do something cool and not work related for at least a full month when you graduate. Full summer if you can. Travel is always a good idea. 
  5. Go to work full time
