You can try to look at their Linkedin profiles or Costar Power Broker.
Brokers like to tell everyone and anyone that will listen to them how many deals they've done recently. If they aren't talking about their deal flow, it's not great. Plus, on their website 99% of brokers have a "recent transactions" list.
