Congrats on the other offer, keep us updated on the exit if you can share - I'm in a pretty similar situation, underpaid at a small shop that I've been fairly committed to over the first two years of my career but looking to leave for greener (more fairly-compensated) pastures, just not sure how to handle leaving yet

Gave my notice. Managing director and cfo escorted me out right away. All my pto that should've gotten cashed out was all zeroed out and marked as used. Still haven't received my final check.Apparently the ceo wanted me to stay for the two weeks but he's incompetent and got overrided.I'm literally broke for the next month when until get paid at new job. Was relying on a final check. I'm so screwed for rent and food.
