Anyone have a list of firms that are actively investing / raising capital in metro Detroit?
Firms I know of: Alidade Capital ValStone Partners Bloomfield Capital Redico Crestlight Capital
Any other legit ones that are pretty active right now? Primarily interested in senior housing but not sure of any firms in the area outside of ValStone and Redico that focus on the asset class.
