If I knew I had the attributes to be a top performing broker, I'd do that (if I were to start over).
Can you explain why
Consistently make an absurd amount of money (and it's cash so you're not cash poor), very little risk involved (not putting up personal funds), can often roll your fee into projects and benefit from the upside. The biggest risk is having a down year, but the top brokers usually make it through just fine.
