Developer - List of Questions

I have an informational interview with a guy in development, what are some questions I should keep on my radar? Below are some of the ones I have brainstormed:

Company

  1. The most recent deal they're working on?
  2. The most memorable deal for them?
  3. How lean is there team (aka how many people are in their office)?
  4. How there team is set up (who is making the decisions to develop)?
  5. Merchant or long-term holders?
  6. How they source their LP equity (is there an LP they always like to partner with)?

Personal

  1. How they got into development?
  2. Any general advice about getting into development?

I'm having trouble comping up with personal questions. Should it be more 50/50 with company vs. personal questions?

Any advice appreciated. I don't want to have a bad call.
