Not sure if this has already been discussed, but curious what you monkeys think for a comprehensive tier ranking of developers across the country. Who’s in tier 1, 2, 3, etc

All the SBs I have saved up are being used for MS for these kinds of threads
Why is this bad?
It doesn't make a ton of sense for a national ranking on developers because development is a local business. There are institutional developers in my state that you have likely never heard of, but they beat out big name players like Tishman/Related etc...Also, it is great to have Tishman on your resume, but real estate development has traditionally not cared about pedigree, but work experience.
