Developers: Any resources in estimating labor and material costs for a new dev?
Hi Guys-
I'm looking to do a custom stick build or a semi-custom panelized home build. I'm trying to compare the costs of materials and labor between the stick build and panelized frame construction. I can get a kit for the panelized frame construction for $130k not including shipping or taxes for 1,500 sr ft.
I'm also trying to estimate labor for electricians and plumbers. I'm aiming towards an easy access, low cost design through positioning of the utility connections and the routes of pipes/wire along the inside of the house.
