Developing multifamily in the mountain west / midwest
What are ppl's general thoughts on developing MF in the mountain west regions? Cities like Denver, Colorado Springs, SLC, Tucson, etc. Seems like a lot of capital chasing those markets because they're hot. Any thoughts on long term prospects for those markets?
