Currently looking at development analyst positions at multifamily firms in Atlanta and was wondering what the going pay was for first year analysts coming out of undergrad.
would be interested if anyone had info on pay for commercial positions as well.

He said fresh out of undergrad. I dont think he'll hit $65k in Atlanta on Day 1. Realistically, groups in the SE seem to pay around $55k starting. You'll probably progress to around $85k over the next few years. Obviously each firm varies, but I think youll be at $55k-$65k. You could obviously out hit that but it would be above the average.
Ok cool. Is 55k all in or bonus included.
Not in Atlanta, but my general experience for entry level positions is a 10%-15% bonus, so $55k + another $6k-$8k all in.
