Development Shops In Dallas
I’ve always had a passion for development and have read up a ton on lean development shops doing crazy deals in markets like NYC, LA and Miami. I’ll be moving to Dallas to work in CRE in lending but at some point would love to be on the development side of things at a lean shop working on sexy class a deals. I’m curious who the big players are for development in Dallas. I’d be interested to hear which national and local firms have a strong presence.
TCC is the big (obvious) institutional player based out of Dallas
