Development vs Acquisitions which route would be easier to go out on your own?
I've seen very successful entrepreneurs in both development and acquisitions and understand it would depend on what interests me the most and what I want to do in the future. But I would appreciate some insights on which route would be easier to go out on my own and candidly which would make me most money in my career.
