Difference between 'Real estate analyst' and 'Investment advisory analyst' at HFF?

Does anyone know the difference between a 'real estate analyst' and an 'investment advisory analyst' at HFF?

Tried to find info online but couldn't find anything. The only thing that comes to mind is that the Investment advisory team may be the investment sales team at HFF, and the real estate analyst may work on smaller deals, while the Investment advisory analyst is working on bigger deals?

My understanding is HFF has two types of analysts: Debt Analyst and Investment Advisory. Different offices may just have a "Real Estate Analyst" mean either or.

Ok so their real estate analyst might still be on the investment sales, or debt equity teams? Does HFF touch anything other than investment sales? I am thinking thats what the posting may be for, although the investment sales analyst and real estate analyst job posting match up word for word.
