Dilemma: Boutique D&E or Institutional IS

Have a dilemma that I could use some input on. I just got an offer to join an institutional multifamily IS team in the Southeast. For the past few years, I've been working at a boutique debt and equity shop that focuses mostly on middle market but hits all asset classes.

I really enjoy the team I'm on but not really sure which direction to go in. I'm guessing that the IS team would be better when it comes to exit opps and income potential, but definitely seems like it will be much more of a grind when it comes to WLB. Pay is pretty similar at the analyst level but probably would get slightly more on IS side due to deal tips. I want to make the switch into production in the next few years whether it be on the debt side or IS side, so I'm not solely focused on pay today. Both gigs are in the Southeast.

Definitely torn on making the switch or not, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
