Discussion: Best career path in CRE and why? (CANADA)
If you could choose between debt brokerage, sales brokerage, or buy-side CRE which career path would you go with and why?
Do things such as the market you cover/job prestige/brokerage name/asset class matter to you, or is the bottom line compensation?
If you choose brokerage over buy-side, is it because you have high earning potential? And is there any opportunity for people who have worked in debt brokerage to move to equity investments?
