Distressed revenue bond & associated property case study for interview
Hello everyone-- I recently scored a follow up interview for a small fund that invests in distressed muni bonds. Round two is a case study on a multifamily building (age-restricted community) that was financed almost entirely with revenue bonds. I have done some work with smaller multifamily apartment buildings, but nothing nearly this in-depth. I am a fast learner and I know these guys are taking a chance on me to see if I can actually figure this stuff out. I was provided with 5 years of audited financials and the Limited Offering Memorandum for the bond issuance. Can anyone provide a hint or some resources to guide me in the right direction here?
