Do companies keep records of past interviews? (GS)
I had a couple phone interviews with Goldman Sachs a few months ago. If I were to apply to a job there (in the same group) in say a couple months of a year from now, would the hiring managers/recruiters/anyone be able to pull up "notes" from my interview? The interviews definitely did not go as well as I would have liked... so does that ruin my chances from ever getting a job there again?
Anyone know how the process works for these big companies/BBs when they decide not to invite a candidate to a second round? At my current firm, we have to fill out a questionnaire about the people we interview so I am wondering if that is the case everywhere.
