Do people working at reits or credit funds get bonuses or is it only acquisitions roles? For investment sales are bonuses just a deal by deal basis?
Was wondering how this is in different roles or if it was specific to acquisitions type gigs in the industry
People at REITS and Credit Funds do get bonuses. Usually people get paid at the end of the year.
For IS roles, it depends, on your role. Many of the institutional level teams pay a salary and bonus (similar to Eastdil) at the lower levels. As you move up, I can’t comment on how pay works.
