Do SFH dev employees get discounts on homes?
Do the employees of Single family home shops get discounts on homes that they may develop? Or any sort of special deals. I'm talking about developers like Lennar.

I work for one, not Lennar, but similar size and scale. Low single digit % off.
Not sure about larger developers, but my BIL works for a smaller developer (600-700 houses a year) and ended up getting 50-60k off standard pricing on a 350ish house.
Used to work for one of the big SFH builders. Employees got around a 1-3% discount depending on tenure at the company.
