I work for one, not Lennar, but similar size and scale. Low single digit % off.
Not sure about larger developers, but my BIL works for a smaller developer (600-700 houses a year) and ended up getting 50-60k off standard pricing on a 350ish house.
Used to work for one of the big SFH builders. Employees got around a 1-3% discount depending on tenure at the company.
