Do tenant rep brokers use Argus
Asking cause looking at an internship on leasing and tenant rep side and wondering if I would be able to get Argus experience.

Nobody in leasing uses Argus, only investment sales / capital markets teams do. Occasionally they might ask for a rent roll export from Argus (from one of the above teams) but that would be the extent of it
