Do you work at Fannie / Freddie?

I'm looking for someone with ~2 or 3 years of experience working in production at Freddie or Fannie to tutor me with pay. I have a solid foundation for both but really looking to dive deeper into the various programs. I won't be asking you to share anything confidential, including models, excel passwords, trade secrets, etc... all above board.

I would like to learn more about:

- UW methodology specifics (why sometimes T-1, T-3, T-12 exp., when you can strip exp, when you can UW T-3 or T-1 income, etc...) including walking through a couple deals send to you

- various programs & waivers offered

- knowing more about chain of command within org as it relates to how things get reviewed / approved

- loan stipulations (though they are pretty boilerplate)

I think you get the idea. Can be remote, pay after each session via your preferred method, won't be recording W9. Very flexible, can do nights, weekends, sometimes daytime during the week. If we have to reschedule, not a big deal. I imagine it will be about 10 hours of work broken up based on your schedule.

As the forum is anonymous, please PM me any personal details and I will do the same. No resume needed, just a LinkedIn so I know you work there. Please only reach out if you are confident you can walk through the above.
