Does anyone have a simple model / case study that involves buying and developing land and selling lots to builders?
I have a final interview next week with a company that does master planned communities. The first 30 minutes will be a quick modeling exercise.
The only info they gave me about it is "A portion of the interview will be creating a simple model that involves buying and developing land and selling lots to builders. In the model, you will need to include return / profitability metrics."
I know it won't be too difficult but I haven't done a lot development model since college and want to get some practice in. Any help would be appreciated.
