Does anyone have any Eastdil or HFF OMs they could send? I've found a few full OM's online. However, the majority of the other OM's I've found only include the teaser/executive summary portion. Thanks

Quite a few HFF ones but only a handful of Easdil, although I only went back a few pages and searched one term. Worth checking out CBRE or JLL too, which I've found to be more open, if you're just looking for general examples.
Thanks but I've already tried that method with multiple search parameters i.e. HFF OM, HFF offering memorandum, etc., and I was only mostly able to download the executive summaries.
Pro tip: it's the only part the OM that anyone reads, so you're not missing anything.
