Does anyone have any good Manhattan retail reports? Sharing what I found so far

I'm looking for some additional Manhattan retail leasing and/or investment sales reports to supplement what I've found. 

CBRE released a report in July that analyzes the most prime retail corridors in Manhattan, although this does not necessarily reflect the retail market overall... the rents prime retail corridors (e.g. Fifth Ave Plaza District) were already consistently falling prior to Covid.

Besides CoStar stuff, has anyone else come across anything, either from any of the big firms like CBRE, JLL, C+W, etc, or from any other sources (conversations with brokers/property owners, etc?)
