Does anyone know the average loss factors by property type - especially for Hotels and Multifamily?
Does anyone know the average loss factors (Gross Building Area as compared to Rentable Square Feet) by specific property/building type - especially for hotels (and multifamily)?
I know the answers will vary depending on the state/city the asset (with NYC and San Fran/LA being more prone to being outliers compared to the national average) is located in -- but a general range would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
