If you’re bored and want to give me help on my model I would much appreciate and maybe email you a gift card idk. I need someone to independently verify/update the sources/uses, construction loan and equity waterfall. PM me if you’re willing to give it a shot. It’s not overly complicated but it’s driving me absolutely nuts and I have limited resources to help otherwise
