Crow Holdings only hire straight out of undergrad and MBA?
I'm interested in learning more about the types of candidates Crow Holdings typically hires. Is their focus mainly on hiring individuals straight out of undergrad and MBA programs, or do they also recruit experienced professionals from competing firms?
I’ve been working in the real estate arm of a family office in Dallas for about a year now and am looking to move to a bigger brand name shop. Crow Holdings is my top priority. I went to an SEC school and have over 3 years of experience in real estate development and private equity. Wondering if I need to get an MBA to be able to work there given where I am at now.
