I saw your previous post about starting at Morgan Stanley back in may, did you start and are trying to lateral? if so, you're doing it way too early. also start getting to know the people there and show a genuine interest.
Yeah I'did. I'm focusing on my current job and doin well but just use this thread to ask questions about experience/ things I'm thinking about in the future etc.

I currently work in Operations, so not the most glamorous job but learning a lot. My previous job was in hotel finance so I'm interest in eventually transferring to a more quantitative division and then doing something in real estate.
