Hi all, I’m looking for the latest NAIOP compensation report. I looked online and could not find a PDF.
I’m walking into some compensation conversations and want all the data points available. So far, I have the Rhodes Associates and RCLCO comp reports. Any others out there that would be useful? Thanks in advance

The NAIOP one uses RCLCO/CEL data. I'd look at the 2022 CEL one that's out on the internet and add 3% to all positions to give you a good guess.
You could get the 2023 NAIOP one for the low low price of $2,250. If you get the member discount.
The only real movement in the past two years has been more money for executives. Shocker.
