Downloading Rent Manager software into Excel (problems)
I have a client that uses Rent Manager as their property management software. I need these files in Excel to do a number of tasks for a lender. When downloading out of Rent Manager and into Excel, the Excel file is totally dead...it does not auto-calculate even though I have it set up this way.
Any suggestions as to how to bring life to these Excel files to life? This should be very simple but I can't get it to work.
Rent Manager sucks, but it's the standard for mobile home parks. I had to build custom macros back when I used it.
Yeah it's not great. I'm going to ask my client if I can read the manual. Maybe there is an export setting.
There's an ability to export but from what I remember it was just raw numbers and not welll formatted
