Work you hard. Tough culture. Asset management people are employed until they aren’t. Basically they are very quick to fire asset managers. You could do a wonderful job, crush it on your portfolio, and than sell it. They will let you go the next day. Tough place to work. 

Yeah, they fire TF out of their Asset Managers. I know of a person working there high up (not in AM) and he/she is now insufferable due to the apparent stress. 

significant deal flow -- ive worked with them on open air retail (grocery anchored) and they show up on almost all of the larger, institutional quality deals. You will definitely get good experience and deal volume. Can't speak for the culture but weve definitely traded emails with their asset managers and acquisitions people very very late at night.
