possibility of a fast track to management roles if you do well (promotions), average age is fairly young exit ops are good as it is known in the industry as a sweatshop (strong work ethic, ability to "wear different hats"...)
just saw your other post the Strategic Finance team is probably the best place to be, you can see them as being internal investment bankers/consultants, touching on every business as needed. Gives you great exposure to the different business lines and is not routine, you will get to see a lot. Great experience imo.
